LAND PURCHASED IN THE DEVELOPING PART OF THE SETTLEMENT AROUND BUDA DUE TO ITS SIZE AND NATURAL FEATURES, IT IS AN IDEAL CHOICE IT PROVED TO BE THE HOME OF THE EXTENDED FAMILY. THE PROXIMITY OF THE CREEKSIDE PARK – AS A PLACE TO PLAY AND MEET – FORGED THE NEIGHBORHOOD INTO A GROUP OF FRIENDS.

In 2021, the house won the Grand Prize of the Big See Architecture professional forum in the residential house category.

During the design of the building, the aim was to create an intimate, homely atmosphere, within which special importance was attached to spatial planning suitable for the smooth running of the everyday tasks of family members.

For the obvious needs, floor plans were made in a two-storey block with a slightly moved spatial shape, and easy to understand.

Internorm windows, 20cm insulation, Daikin heat pump, shade, ceiling cooling – heating, underfloor heating, solar panel system on the entire roof – this means that the overhead of the apartment is very low, most of the electricity bill is used for charging cars.
