7-8 km from Székesfehérvár, the Felsősomlyó-puszta belongs to Szabadbattyán . At the beginning of the 20th century, it was the property of dr. Frigyes Wünscher .
The structure of the mansion oroginated between the two world wars. In the adjoining majorship, huge maidens' houses were also erected, which were in the most modern conditions at the time.

After 1945, the building was used by the Hungarian-Soviet Friendship Production Cooperative, which was completelya run-down building. The renovation of the privately owned mansion has recently been completed.

A five-hectare well-kept park, several bathrooms, underfloor heating and a fireplace await the new owner, and of course silence, tranquility and peace.
